Description

No. 28 Swan Street is a 18th-century building with a symmetrical front facing east. It has two storeys and three windows, featuring a tile roof and stepped brick eaves. The walls are constructed of blue header brickwork with red flush dressings, including quoins, a first-floor band, and rubbed flat arches on the ground floor. The windows are sashes set in exposed frames. The mid-19th century doorway has a pediment form supported by brackets and pilasters, leading to a later six-panelled door. There is also a later single-storeyed wing on the south side that has been converted into a garage.
