Description

These are mid-19th century buildings, though incorporating fabric from an earlier 18th-century front wall. Numbers 30 and 32 Swan Street present a symmetrical facade with a depth of one-and-a-half storeys and three windows. The roof is tiled and half-hipped to the south, featuring three gables, some of which incorporate upper windows, and is finished with scalloped tile hanging. The exterior walls are red brick in a Flemish bond pattern, featuring a first-floor band, plinth, and cambered-headed openings characteristic of the main build date. The windows are Victorian sash windows set in reveals. There are two plain doorways, each with a six-panelled door.
