Description

Tanhouse Cottage is an 18th-century cottage situated on Ashford Hill Road, Kingsclere. It is a small building with a symmetrical north-facing front of one storey and an attic, featuring two windows. The roof is tiled, with a half-hipped end and a catslide at the rear. Two gabled dormers are present, with cills at eaves level. The walls are rendered. The windows are small casements. A boarded and gabled porch is attached to the front.
