Framptons is a 17th-century building located in Hartfield. It is two storeys tall and features two windows. The ground floor is constructed of red brick with grey headers, while the upper storey is faced with weather-boarding. There is a small gable at the north end and a larger gable on the north face of the building. The roof is tiled, and the windows are casement style.
