This building, comprising Castle View and Chantlers (formerly the Post Office and Post Office Stores), dates back to the 17th century. It is a two-storey structure with eight windows. The ground floor is built of red brick, while the upper floor is tile-hung. The roof is tiled and features a pentice. The windows are casement windows, with a modern shop window centrally located where the former Post Office and Ewhurst Stores were situated.
