Description

Court Lodge is all that remains of a larger house originally called Ewhurst Place, dating from the 18th century. The building is two storeys high and features three windows. It is constructed of painted brick, with a recessed portion of two windows to the west that is made of red brick on the ground floor and tile-hung above. The roof is tiled. The windows retain their glazing bars and have Venetian shutters on the ground floor. There is a small porch supported by slender Doric columns.
