Description

This is an early 19th-century building on Watchbell Street, featuring a single window. The exterior is stuccoed and features grooves designed to resemble masonry, topped with an eaves cornice. The windows on the first and second floors are slightly curved, and retain their original glazing bars. The bays containing missing glazing bars have been extended outwards on the ground floor. A doorway is topped with a rectangular fanlight and a flat hood supported by brackets. The building is part of a group that includes numbers 6 to 16, The Studio Chambers, and The Old Hope anchor Private Hotel.
