Description

Angel House is an 18th-century building with a likely earlier core, situated on the north side of Angel Street, Petworth. The front facade is stuccoed and features three windows arranged over two storeys. The roof is tiled. A distinctive curved window with three lights, retaining its original glazing bars, is located at the east end of the first floor. Other window glazing bars are missing. The doorway is topped by a flat hood supported on brackets, and it has a door consisting of six fielded panels. The east wall is constructed of stone rubble.
