Description

The remains of the Town Pound are located on School Hill in Winchelsea, immediately southeast of Pound Cottage. The site now includes an electricity sub-station. The enclosure features stone and red brick walls on the south and west sides, while the north and east sides have been replaced by a wooden fence.
