Description
Mulberry Cottage is an early 19th-century building situated on Mill Road in Winchelsea. It is a two-storey cottage with a single window. The ground floor is stuccoed, while the upper floor is clad in weatherboards. The roof is hipped and covered with tiles. The ground floor features a shop window, which is no longer in use. The upper floor has casement windows.
