Description

Plat Cottage is an 18th-century building located on Back Lane in Winchelsea. It is two storeys high and features two windows. The exterior is weather-boarded, and the roof is covered with slate, designed with two hips. The glazing bars are intact. The doorway is framed by a moulded architrave surround and has a flat hood above supported by brackets.
