Description

Broad View is an 18th-century building located on the south side of North Street in Winchelsea. It stands two storeys tall with an attic and features two windows and one hipped dormer. The exterior is finished in stucco with a tiled roof, and the glazing bars remain intact. The entrance has a doorway with a flat hood that is supported on brackets, positioned at the top of five steps arranged sideways. Beneath the house, there is a cellar dating from around 1300.
