Description

Manna Plat is an 18th-century building located on Icklesham Mill Road in Winchelsea. It is two storeys high and features two windows on the front. The ground floor is constructed of stone rubble, while the upper floor is tile-hung. The building has a hipped tiled roof. On the first floor, there are sash windows that retain their glazing bars. The ground floor includes one casement window and a small shop window, which is no longer in use, both with intact glazing bars. There is a doorway with a flat hood supported by brackets. Beneath the house, there is a vaulted cellar that dates back to around 1300.
