  1. 5272 HOTHFIELD SWINFORD Remains of a pound in the grounds of Swinford Manor School TQ 94 SE 15/14 II 2. Situated in the front garden to the south-west of Swinford Manor School (qv) and to the south of the garage. C18 or earlier. This consists of 3 sides of a small rectangle of ragstone rubble with red brick long and short quoins, about 6 ft in height (the north wall missing).
