Description

No 11 on High Street is a mid-18th century front to a timber frame building that likely dates back to the 17th century. The exterior is finished in stucco and the building has two storeys with an attic. The original shop front on the ground floor has been replaced by two windows featuring glazing bars, with a cornice still visible above. On the first floor, the original sash windows have been replaced by modern casements. There are three modern dormers in the roof, which is a tile mansard style, although some tiles are new. This building is part of a group of listed buildings along High Street, extending up to No 118.
