No 1 Pleasant Row is an 18th-century house featuring a splayed angle. The building has been entirely refaced recently with new weatherboarding and has a tiled roof with a hipped corner. It stands three storeys tall with a basement and has two windows. The ground floor is stuccoed, and there are new sash windows without glazing. The entrance has a new doorway with a flat moulded hood supported on shaped brackets, along with a new panelled door. The end elevation facing All Saints Street has one window, also with new sashes that lack glazing bars. This house is included for its group value with Nos 1 to 6 Pleasant Row.
