Description

74A All Saints Street is a late 18th-century building constructed of painted brick with a tiled roof featuring gabled ends. It stands two storeys high with an attic. On the ground floor, there is a modern door to the right and a sash window with glazing bars. The first floor features a canted bay window made up of sashes with glazing bars, which extends into the roof as a dormer with a hipped tiled roof and tile-hung sides. The building also has a wooden eaves moulding and a tile-hung gable end. All the listed buildings in All Saints' Street form a group.
