This is a late 18th or early 19th century building on St Cross Road. It is constructed of painted brick and has two storeys and two windows on the ground floor, with three windows above. The windows are mostly sash windows, with one casement window present. The front door is plain. The roof is covered with old tiles. The building forms a group with numbers 75 to 79 on the odd side of the road.
