Description

No 3 Brewery Lane is a 18th-century building that has been altered over time. It features a pebble dash exterior and an old tiled roof. The structure is two storeys tall with an attic, and it includes two hipped casement dormers. There is a plinth, a flush rendered band at the first floor, and a cornice. The front has three sash windows with glazing bars, and to the left, there is a slightly recessed wing with a casement window. The doorway is framed with an architrave surround, a frieze, and a cornice supported by consoles. The back elevation is timber-framed with red brick nogging. Nos 1 to 3 Brewery Lane and No 6 form a group.
