Description

Steps Cottage is a 18th-century building that has been altered over time. The front is finished in pebble dash, while the back and side elevations are partly timber-framed with red brick nogging. It features an old tiled roof and stands two storeys high with an attic, including two gabled casement dormers. The cottage has three casement windows, with leaded glass on the first floor and glazing bars on the ground floor, each adorned with small wooden hoods. The entrance is highlighted by a 19th-century gabled wooden door surround. Steps Cottage, along with Nos 1 to 3, forms a group.
