Description

Malthouse Cottage, located on Old Barn Close, is likely from the 17th century and has an L-shaped design. The building stands two storeys high, with the upper storey projecting to the left. It features a tile roof and is constructed from flints. There are two flat arched sash windows with glazing bars and a plain flat arched door. The right-hand section has a hipped roof, with the upper storey rendered and includes bargeboards.
