Description

67 and 69 Upper King's Drive are two cottages, likely dating to the 1930s as part of the Willingdon estate. They are constructed of flint with a hipped tile roof. The cottages are two storeys high and have two windows each, featuring casement windows with cambered arches. The windows have brick rusticated architraves. Brick quoins define the corners of the building. The doorways are also brick rusticated, with plain wood doors and cambered tops.
