Description

Lone Pine Cottage is a mid-18th century cottage that has been altered in the 20th century. It features chequer brickwork and a half-hipped old tile roof. The building is two storeys high, with a brick string course on the first floor and brick dentil eaves. There are chimneys located to the left of the centre on the ridge and on the left gable. The south front has two bays with three-light wood casements and a ledged door located in a gabled porch to the right. Additionally, there is a small 20th-century tiled lean-to extension set back on the right gable end.
