Description
The Crooked Billet is a public house built in the mid-19th century, with a 20th-century extension. It features a timber frame, white painted weatherboarding, and a hipped slate roof. The building has a rectangular plan and is two storeys high, with one chimney on each side of the roof slope. The front entrance consists of three bays, with a 20th-century gabled entrance porch in the center and lean-to extensions on either side, which have casement windows with glazing bars. The sash windows throughout the building are fitted with glazing bars in architrave frames. There is a single-storey late 20th-century extension at the rear.
