Description

This building is a cottage and small dairy, located approximately 4 metres north of Beanoak Farmhouse. It dates from the early 18th century and features a timber frame with brick infill and an old tile gabled roof. The cottage has a rectangular plan consisting of two framed bays and stands at one and a half storeys high, with a small chimney on the east roof slope. The west front includes two small casement windows and a planked door. The timber frame is exposed on the interior, although the building was noted to be semi-derelict at the time of the survey.
