Description
Beanoak Farmhouse is a late 18th-century farmhouse that has been extended and altered in the 20th century. It is constructed of brick, with some parts rendered, and features an old tile gabled roof. The building has a two-cell plan and stands two storeys high. It has flanking chimneys, brick dentil eaves, a first-floor string course, and a rendered and painted plinth. The front of the house has two bays, with 20th-century two-light casement windows that include glazing bars. There is a central 20th-century gabled enclosed porch with small sash windows on the left-hand gable.
