Description
Manor Farmhouse, located immediately north of the church on Windsor Road, is a late 18th century and 19th century rebuild of a late medieval timber-framed house. The exterior features whitewashed brick and an old tile roof that is hipped on the right and gabled on the left. The building has two storeys, rising to three at the rear. It includes modern casement windows, a door, and a porch on the gabled front, while the right-hand side has double-hung sash windows with glazing bars set in reveals, topped with flat arches. There is a dentil course at the eaves and gable, and the plan of the building is irregular. The interior has been much altered, but some old timbers, including an arch brace, are still visible at the rear.
