Description

Greenwood is a late 17th century to early 18th century two-cell baffle entry house, featuring stairs in their original position. It has an old tiled roof and is two storeys high, constructed with a combination of timber framing, brick infill, and brickwork that includes many original bricks. The house has an end flank chimney and old casement windows, along with two later leaded bay windows flanking the entrance, one of which is modern. At the rear, there is a later pent extension and an additional chimney. The interior has seen little alteration, retaining original ledged and planked doors, along with their original handles and locks.
