Description

The terrace and steps to the south of Chilton Lodge were built in the late 19th century. They are constructed from Bath stone set on a brick plinth, featuring a moulded capping. The design includes outer projecting square bays with a central projection, which is flanked by flights of steps. The terrace has panelled dies and a balustraded parapet, adorned with carved stone urns and vases placed at intervals.
