  1. Circa 1858 farmhouse (built when Wash Common was enclosed), formerly Warren Lodge. Two storeys. Three windows. Hipped slate roof with bracketted eaves. Recessed sash windows with glazing bars. Central entrance portico with panelled pilasters carrying cornice and blocking course. Recessed doorway with double ½ glazing doors.
