2 cottages. Circa 1912, by Sir Edwin Lutyens in a Neo-Vernacular style. Red brick with tile hung first floor and tile roof. 2 storeys. 2 large ridge stacks off-centre to left and right and small stack to rear, all with clasping buttresses. North front: 2 first floor 2-light casements, 2 central ground floor 2-light casements, and 2 boarded doors to left and right. 2 hipped dormers and small low second range with separate roof to rear.
