Description

The Old Thatched Post Office is a house dating from the 17th century, with 20th-century refacing and additions to the rear. It features a rendered timber frame and a thatched roof. The building has a lobby entrance and consists of two framed bays over two storeys. A central ridge stack is present. On the first floor, there are two 3-light diamond leaded casements from the 20th century to the right and one 2-light diamond leaded casement to the left. On the ground floor, there is a 3-light diamond leaded casement to the left and a 2-light segmental headed casement to the right, flanking a central boarded door from the 20th century.
