Description

G.P. Trentham Limited is a farmhouse that has been converted into offices, dating from around 1800 with later additions. It is constructed of white painted brick and features a slate roof that is hipped to the right. The building stands three storeys tall and has an end stack on the right side. It has seven bays, with glazing bar sashes that have slightly segmental heads, and tripartite windows on the ground floor. There is a two-storey arched recess in the second bay from the right. The entrance, located in the second bay from the right, consists of a six-panelled door with a radial fanlight above it, framed by a doorcase featuring attenuated muted Doric half columns that support an entablature and an open triangular pediment. To the right, there is a one-storey addition with a hipped slate roof, a dentil brick eave cornice, and one tripartite glazing bar sash.
