Description
Westridge Farmhouse is a farmhouse that dates back to the 17th century, with additions from the 18th, 19th, and 20th centuries. It features a timber frame that is rendered, topped with an old tile roof that is half hipped on the left side. The roof includes end stacks and three gabled semi-dormers, with two on the right side having 2-light casements and one on the left side featuring a 3-light casement. The building has three framed bays and stands at one and a half storeys.
On the central ground floor, there is a 2-light casement flanked by two 3-light casements, with the left one having a segmental head. An off-centre 6-panelled door is located to the left, beneath a gabled timber porch, positioned between the first and second windows from the left.
To the right, there is a 19th-century block made of rendered brick, which has an old tile roof that is higher than the left side and is half hipped to the right. This block is two storeys tall and features a 3-light casement on the first floor and a 3-light casement on the ground floor to the left. Additionally, there are 18th and 20th-century additions at the rear of the farmhouse.
