Ivy Cottage is a 17th-century cottage built with a timber frame and brick infill. It features a thatched roof that is half-hipped to the left, with a ridge chimney positioned to the left of center. The thatch sweeps around the first-floor windows. The cottage has one and a half storeys and includes a four-panel door, which is flanked by irregular casement windows on the left side. On the right side, there is a 20th-century door and a lean-to conservatory.
