Description

Chandos Cottage is a 17th-century cottage that has been altered over time. It features a timber frame with painted brick infill and a thatched roof that is hipped to the right, with a brick chimney located at the right end. The cottage has four eaves dormers and is one storey with an attic. The thatch extends down to create a canopy over the central door. On the ground floor, there are three modern casement windows, and a narrow bay to the left is a later addition made of colourwashed brick. To the left, there is also a one-storey addition with a pantiled roof.
