Holly Cottage is a 17th-century cottage located in Boxford. It is timber framed with brick and flint infill, and has a thatched roof that is half-hipped on the right side. A central chimney stack punctuates the roofline. The cottage is single storey with an attic. It has a lobby entrance and two casement windows to the left of the door, with a further window to the right. There is an attic dormer window to the left.
