Description

Clerk's Tree Cottage is a 17th-century cottage located in Boxford. It is timber framed with brick nogging and has a half-hipped thatched roof. A central chimney stack is present. The cottage is one storey high with an attic, the roof sloping upwards over the attic windows. It is of lobby entrance type, featuring a central door flanked by one window on each side of the ground floor, and a single window to the left in the attic. All windows are casements with leaded lights.
