Description

Oliver Sansom's Cottage is a 17th-century cottage with later additions, constructed of brick and featuring some internal timber framing. It has a half hipped thatched roof with chimney stacks located to the right and off-center to the left. The building is one storey with an attic, and the roof sweeps up over the attic windows. There are two windows to the left of the door and one to the right, all of which are casements with leaded lights. Inside, there is likely a re-used 17th-century moulded beam and bracket that features ovolo moulding and coarse guilloche ornament.
