Description
Park Farm House is a house built around 1910 by Sir Edwin Lutyens. It is constructed of red brick and features an old tile roof that is hipped to the left, with a catslide over an outshot to the left and a partial catslide over an outshot at the front to the left. The house has a large tapered ridge stack located off centre to the left and a hipped dormer with a 2-light casement on the left side. The building is one storey and attic on the left and two storeys on the right. There is a central first-floor 4-light casement and a small central ground-floor casement. A three-panelled door is located in a porch under a lean-to, which is off centre to the left, with a glazed screen to the right and a casement on the corner of the porch to the left.
