Description

Orpenham Farmhouse is a 17th-century farmhouse with an 18th-century extension, altered in the 20th century. It is constructed with a T-shaped plan. The 18th-century part is brick with decorative diapering on the gable, while the 17th-century part is rendered. Both sections have old tile roofs. The farmhouse has two storeys and an attic, with a chimney placed at the junction of the T-shape and at the northern end. The east-facing elevation features an 18th-century crosswing on the left with a small casement window in the gable. To the right is the 17th-century wing, featuring two mullion and transom windows. A central door is situated under a gable porch.
