Description

This is a 19th-century barn located 30 metres north-west of South Stanmore Farm House. It is constructed of brick and features a half hipped tiled roof. The barn has 10 bays that run east to west, with aisles and entries positioned in the 3rd and 8th bays. There are ventilation slots in the walls and hipped cantilever roofs over the entries. Inside, the barn has a double clasped purlin roof with knee timbers between ties that form trusses.
