Description
This is a farmhouse dating to the 17th and 18th centuries, with an extension added in the 19th century. It has a tall, half-hipped tiled roof with a central brick chimney and overhanging eaves. The main part of the building is constructed of flint with brick dressings and horizontal bands at window sill and head levels; the extension is entirely brick. The plan is rectangular, comprising two distinct builds, with the southern end and chimney potentially dating back to the 17th century. The main block is two storeys high, while the extension is one-and-a-half storeys. The front features two 20th-century glazing bar sash windows, a blocked central opening, two 20th-century tripartite sash windows, and a central 6-panel door protected by a flat hood supported on cut brackets. The extension has a central casement window and three 3-light, cambered-headed casements flanking a central boarded door.
