Description

The Great Barn at Manor Farm, located approximately 55 metres south of Manor House, is a large threshing barn dating from the late 16th century. It features a brick plinth and a timber frame that is weatherboarded, topped with an old tile half-hipped roof. The barn consists of ten bays, with aisles on both sides and two wagon entries. Inside, it has a double Queen post roof with double clasped purlins and jowled posts.
