Description

This building is a house and shop, dating from the late 19th century, located approximately 10 metres north of Forge Cottage in Yattendon. It is constructed of white painted brick and features a dentil brick eaves cornice beneath an old tiled roof, which has a central ridge stack. The building stands two storeys tall. On the west front, there are four first-floor 2-light leaded casement windows. The ground floor has one 2-light leaded casement window and one 3-light leaded casement window to the left, along with a half-glazed door to the right. There is also a large shop window to the north. This building is included in the listing for its group value.
