Description

Numbers 10 and 11 Cumberland Place date from the mid-19th century. They are two storeys high and built of stucco. The roofs are slate and hipped. Each building has four sash windows, some of which retain their original glazing bars. Number 11 features a cast iron balcony and verandah. Number 10 has a doorcase with an elliptical arch. The group value of these buildings lies in their contribution to the architectural characteristics of Cumberland Place.
