Description
Number 5 Grosvenor Square is a building dating from around 1835. It has two storeys, a basement, and attics, all finished in stucco. The roof is slate and features one dormer. The front of the building has a large semi-circular bow that extends the full height, divided by pilasters. There are panelled pilasters at the corners of the house, and stringcourses between the floors. A cornice runs around the bow. The front elevation has five windows, three of which are located in the bow, and the ground floor windows are taller than those at number 4. The side elevation is made of painted brick and has two blank sections, while the rear elevation is constructed of red brick. There is a Tuscan portico on the side elevation.
