Description

Gregg College, dating to circa 1835, is a two-storey building with a basement. It is constructed of stuccoed walls with a slate roof. The prominent feature is a large, semi-circular bow window that extends the full height of the building. This bow is divided by pilasters, and the corners of the building are emphasised with panelled pilasters. Stringcourses define the division between the floors, and a cornice runs around the bow window. The front elevation has five windows, with three positioned within the bow. A blank window is incorporated on the first floor. The side elevation has two windows, with pilasters between them.
