Description

York Terrace is an early 19th-century terrace of buildings. It comprises Nos. 12 to 20 (even). The buildings are three storeys high and have a stuccoed exterior, with the ground floor rusticated. The roof is hidden behind a parapet, featuring a raised band in the centre. Pilasters flank the windows on the first and second floors. Each floor has a single sash window, retaining most of their original glazing bars. The first and second floor windows have moulded architraves. The doorways have simple doorcases, each with a rectangular fanlight. No. 12 has a stuccoed ground floor addition that connects it to No. 10.
