Norfolk Terrace is an early 19th century terrace of houses located on Henstead Road. It comprises numbers 4 to 10 (even). The houses are two storeys high and have been stuccoed, with the ground floor rusticated. A modern attic storey has been added to numbers 6 and 8. Pilasters flank the first-floor windows. Each first-floor window has a single sash with a moulded architrave and glazing bars. The houses feature simple doorcases with rectangular fanlights.
